IQS127
The IQS127 family offers the latest in analog and digital design yielding a very advanced sensor at a low cost that is easy to design with. Thanks to advanced design techniques, the reference capacitor is now on-chip yielding a highly sensitive capacitive sensor with two outputs (proximity and touch) in a small TSOT23-6 package with as little as a single external component required.
The IQS127 offers unrivalled sensitivity in a small package at an extremely competitive cost. With optional OTP programming options, the feature-set is further enhanced.
IQS222
The IQS222 is an eight channel capacitive sensor. Dual thresholds on every channel provide touch and proximity sensing. The IQS222 features an I2CTM compatible interface.
The device may be configured with up to 8 discrete touch keys OR a wheel/slider and up to 5 keys. The wheel/slider offers industry leading resolution of up to 11 bits. The device is available in SO-20 or QFN(4x4)-20 packages. Mass production devices are shipping in July 2010. |
